CTA's 2024 "Multi-Day Tour #7"
Videos

Here are some fun, CTA-related (mostly) vidoes.

For some reason, bridges seem to feature in many CT-related videos.

Here is one from the 2008 NWLT, this actually features the absence of a bridge.

In 2014 this skier seems unclear on the concept of what a bridge is for (video by Marie Bartlett).

This video demonstrates why the pace on Day 4 of the 2015 SWLT was about 1 mile per hour. This is the same bridge as the video above.

In this video by Neal Fisher on New Hampshire's Sherburne Trail, Lynn Fisher (Trail Chief and ex-CTA board member) and someone else who we will call "Mr. Faceplant" demonstrate two ways that can be used to descend steep, powdery backcountry trails. You can safely follow Lynn anywhere, but I would personally never follow Mr. Faceplant anywhere.

This video might make you wonder if the video above was staged (video by Mark Hyer).

This CTA promotional video is somewhat dated but fun.

This CTA Backcountry Show & Tell - XCD/Nordic Touring Equipment video is very informative.
